Mitel 3300 icp Wakeup calls

Have a hotel customer with 3300 icp. The hotel brand requires that guests be able to set multiple wakeup calls. The system only allows a few "multiple" wakeups with a 15 minutes between calls before forcing the front desk to enter all other multiple wakeups with a 30 minute differential.

Update: What was described was not entirely accurate. Property can not enter any two wakeup calls for the same room into the system any closer than 30 minutes.

Is this a system limitation?

The system allows for up to 3 missed wakeup calls at 5 minute intervals. I think I found that the minimum durations between Wakeups was 21 minutes.

Yes, found that information, but the property wants to enter two wake up calls for the same extension, one at say 7:00 am and one at 7:15 am. It will not allow this.
It will allow 7:00 am and 7:30 am, no closer.
