Hello. 
I'm having a hard time trying to figure something out (and yes, I am a bit new at this).
I'm suddenly getting dropped calls (or calls being hung up on) when you have someone on the line, and you hit the "Trans/Conf" button on the phone. I remember that I would be able to dial an extension and the call would be transfered, but these days, not any more. It simply hangs up on the person on the line.
I know I haven't logged into the system for awhile to make any changes that should affect this, but it seems to be randomly picking an extension on the phone system and giving them this same problem (happened on my ext, and now its happening to 3 others).
We have about 250 extensions on this system.
Anyone off the top of their head know what might be causing this, or have a direction to point me in that I can find out myself? Thank you.
