Some RAD applications create listen only conferences and can play to multiple callers simultaneously. Some Rad applications function as 1 Caller per port. I'm sure it also matters what type of RAD (Vmail, IP6160, Analog, other...)
BTW, right now I have an issue with MOH. There is a system MOH and there is the second recording. It's suppose to be played to people in a particular ACD path. Sometime people can hear system MOH insead of programmed. I'm just curious if anyone has the same issue. For me it's a pretty big deal because system MOH advertises our company and the second MOH belongs to a third-party company.
in this case they are voicemail rads ports on the mitel do you know if you can have simultaneously callers to one port.If so how many? it just we look after quite a busy call centre and sometimes when we have about 60 callers in the queue. We get a lot of one way trasmission when the caller get anwsered by the agent
I don't know the maximum but I would assume the same values that apply to the conferencing feature. The number of DSP resources and the controller type are also factors, especially if you allow the dial out of queue option and don't turn off the dsp's after the RAD has played.
Is the post by Slapin related? seems kinda out of place.
