Hi,

I'm a bit new to mitel so this might strike you as a stupid question....but hey, i'm just gonna ask.

We have a mitel at work and we added 160 users with number and MAC adress.....but we made a mistake on the mac adresses.

Is there a way to change or delete existing numbers and mac adresses from the system, cos I don't feel like doing them one by one.

Tried using the user and device config csv, but it seems not to handle existing numbers. Went trough the help zillion times, no luck on editing/deleting multiple users/divices at ones.

try exporting the 'multiline ip set configuration' form.

thnx for the reply.

I looked into that form but don't c how thats gonna do anything for my problem.

I'm looking for a way to:
- Delete 160 users/devices at ones
- Change mac adresses for 160 users/devices at ones

Both options are not in that form (mac adresses are not in it at all)

Think I got it.

Using the user and device configuration inport it will overwrite existing data if dn allready exists.

Why delete?

No need, Either form mentioned has the MAC.

Export, modify, import - Done
