Mitel 3300 Hunt groups 1

Hello.

I seem to have an issue whith what I thought was one of our hunt groups however I have since looked in our hunt group list under the menu "Hunt Groups" within the Mitel Communications Director web page and found that there is only one group which is not the one I need. Does anyone know where else I could look? Let me explain the problem in full.

We have a number (lets says its 3333). This number when dialed used to broadcast to 3 other numbers 3334,3335,3336 however it seems that 3336 no longers rings or receives this broadcast. It can still pick up calls via the Pickup Group I created though.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try looking in ring groups or personal ring groups or even a multiline (multiline set keys form).

Thanks, I managed to find those and none of them contain what I am looking for except "MultiLine Appearance Groups"

That one is what I am looking for however I can not find how to add another person to the group in particular

You add it to a key on that persons extension if it is a multiline ring key. Done in the user configuration or multiline set keys form. So you add a key that is a multicall and assign it button number 3333 (for instance) and assign it to ring
