Abnormal reset cause (Ox13) CHECK_STOP_RESET



Are you familiar with either of these errors, why they occur, what they mean, etc.

Any light you could shed would be awesome. Edocs and google both are busts for hits on queries

What have you tried?

What do the SOFTWARE logs say? Any Trap events?
Save/Restore the database? I'd try that first

I think the first one relates to the call processing load. What kind of traffic are you pumping through this thing? Last time I saw a "watch dog reset" error was when I had a broadcast storm on the network bring down the entire subnet, and all 18 of my 3300's with it.
