Mitel 3300 Embedded VM???

I have configured a brand new Mitel 3300 phone switch out of the box and all has gone well... bar the embedded voicemail...

1. For some reason it will only allow me to have 4 digit voicemail numbers and not 3?... only thing is that my extensions will be 3 digit?

2. I am using Mitel 5320 IP handsets and I can't seem to locate the visual voicemail?... I have programmed the hunt group and pointed the visual voicemail number at it but I can't the feature on the handset?... And yes voicemail works when dialling the huntgroup when i have used a 4 digit extension that is!!! lol

Any help will be appreciated!

you need to ring the voicemail from a set and gain access to mailbox 9999 in here option 1 to begin a new installation. Part of the setup is to select the legnth of ext number.

With regards to VV if programmed correctly then it should appear when you press the superkey

I have only ever used the embedded VM once or twice before and never really need to administer it as i have mainly used nupoint...
