I have a Mitel 3300 customer with an analog polycom. The conference feature works fine, however when they try to conference a user and the user's voicemail answers, they cannot disconnect from the voicemail. They have tried using flash and get dead air, they also tried the conference slpit feature wich continues to play voicemail prompts.
