I am having a weird issue with a CPN substitution for a Mediatrix 4102 SIP device. In and out calls are working fine, the issue is only related to CPN substitution for the outbound caller ID.
I have 3 indexes:
Index 1 is the base number on the PRI. 555-555-1000
Index 2 is for DN (3 digit extensions) to match and present their associated outbound caller ID. 555-555-1XXX
Index 3 is for a sub office location. 555-555-3000
I'm using port 1 on the Mediatrix for an analog requirement (DN is ext 384) Outbound caller ID is not working when I attempt to use Index 2, instead of 555-555-1384 the base PRI number of 555-555-1000 is displayed. Things work as expected for all other extensions. If I put the 384 DN in Index 3 the outbound caller ID is correct 555-555-3000.
Thoughts?
Thanks,
Brent
