Mitel 3300 CXi with Teleworker on APC Card

We are in the process of changing our ISP and I am having issue changing the Internet Visible IP address on the APC card. I have logged into the APC with Putty (SSH) and can view the menu and configure the server. I make all of the entries that are requested through the shell, but when viewing the config the old Internet viewable address is still there with all of the other new information.

Has anyone experienced this? What am I missing?

IIRC it needs a reboot....

Not sure what the IIRC is? I have issued the reboot command through the shell, pressed the reset on the entire 3300 and powered down and back up. I thought that it may need a reboot also. If you would be so kind, elaborate on how you would reboot the IIRC? Thanks.
