Mitel 3300 CXi Caller Display

Hi Guys,

Anyone any info on how to set up caller display?
We currently have it active on our phone lines but when a incoming call comes in it only displays "2" on the screen and no phone number of the calling person?

Any help or info is appreciated.

Not much you can do with analogs I believe. Try entering them in the Telephone Directory and see what happens.

There are a couple of options in COS for Class/clip that might be relevant and make sure you have the correct setting for the type of CLI your provider is delivering which is in system options I think.

As wireman says there are a few COS options but also check the CO Trunk Circuit Descriptors and set CLASS Trunk to Yes
