Does anyone know the process to update certification beyound MCD 5.1

Yup, you have to do the courses again from scratch. And no I don't know why as they wont tell me. So thats £4K please in the UK. I believe in australia they do a CX course but not in the UK.

I see the 6.0 update online. Maybe because I took it a while ago

The updates are there no problem but when you go into training portal it won't let you progress because there is an intermediate course that is not available....and it says you need that as a pre requisite.

Hmmm, updates no longer there; seems to go back no further than 3300 release 9.0 now. And it wont let me do that because release 8.0 is not available.
