Mitel 3300 controller AppShutdown

The 3300 controller initiated a system shutdown and I am trying to find out why, I looked at the logs and found the following

Can someone help me? No work was being done on MXe 3300 at the time of shutdown

Did it actually shutdown, or did it do a resource reboot which it will do at 2:15 AM if it sees a major issue?

Always look out for the next tech. because one day it will be you!

The controller became unresponsive during business hours, I looked at the front panel of the 3300 and noticed the alarm indicator flashing, no dial tone on phones etc. I am not sure what the 3300 was doing.

I also received emails from the controller. I am pasting it below.

its funny..i had the same issue recently on a brand new controller. Did it repeatedly. In the end logged it with support and it went back to Mitel as DOA
 
I had similar once when a DSP went down on the Pri card. Controller shut down and wouldn't restart.
