"In the event that the operators have their phones active, but are online with another guest; Can we create a rule that after, let's say 2 minutes, the call is forwarded to the Front Desk ring group. Essentially we are looking to have "overflow" extension so that calls do not take too long to get answered if the telephone operators are busy."
Is it possible to define an overflow for the operator/console/attendant on Mitel 3300?
