Mitel 3300 connection to Cisco Avvid

Has anyone connected a Mitel 3300 and Cisco Avvid together over IP trunks?

Over T1?

What would be the prefered method?

Pro's and Con's?

I know that is asking a lot but if you have the time I would appreciate it.
