Mitel 3300 Caller ID

Hi,

I am having an issue displaying CallerID on my handsets on calls routed through the VM hunt group.

When I set my answer point to a ring group I see the External Caller ID displayed on the handset. When I set the VM Hunt group as the answer point I get the VM port displayed as the caller ID. Any ideas?

I resolved this by enabling "Display Held Call ID on Transfer " in the hunt group COS.
