Mitel 3300 Caller ID on 5330 Phones !! PLEASE HELP ASAP

Hi there.... Im still very new to the 3300 world and mitel all togther. I need some help with one issue I'm having.

I have a customer that has a PRI so when they get a call on their 5330 phone it displays caller ID just fine and when they goto the call log, it shows there just fine.

My issue is.... if they are on a call and a second call is presented to them, then they hear a half burst ring on their second key and caller ID never shows up on the screen or shows a missed call from the second caller.

This only happens when the user is on the phone.

Any ideas or help is awesome

There is a COS option to present caller ID on multicall keys

Also, the burst ring is to prevent distraction from the call in progress. If you want a full ring cycle on the key you can set it to ring continuous
