Hello that thanks in advance for the help!

We have a hunt group in Site A (2000 with members 2001-2004). These buttons are setup on 5540s, with 4 buttons each. Two are set to ring right away, and two delayed. The COS ring timer is set to 30 seconds. The Call Rerouting settings are 1,1,1, and 1,1 with NO termination extensions at all. However, the calls after the 30 seconds are rerouting to our other office (Which is hunt group 1000), and we have been unable to figure out how to stop it, turn it off. We want the phones to ring indefinite, and not hunt to the other site.

What is interesting is that hunt group 1000, is setup with Call rerouting settings that make sense to me as it has a cover point of a "loud bell", ext 1460 after 30 seconds. NOTE: Location with hunt group 2000 doesn't have a loud bell, hence the forward to Hunt group 1000.

What are we missing, I have reviewed the trunks for failover, hunt group options, all of the call rerouting modules, call forwarding profiles. I am just not finding it.

Thanks for your help,

What happens if you dial HG2000 internally? Does it follow the same call flow.

Could it be the carrier forwarding the call after 30sec?

When you say all Call Reroute settings, are you're talking about 2000? As this is what will be followed, not 2001-2004

What is the output if you run command LOCATE FEATURE EXTENSION <Hunt group>
