Mitel 3300 BLF information not updating in 5550 IP Console

One of the extensions that appears in the BLF list on the 5550 IP Console keeps showing up as "Call Forward - Always" even though the extension isn't being forwarded. The 5330 IP phone allocated to the extension does not show the icon indicating that the extension is forwarded, the Call Forwarding Profile form does not list any extension on the switch being forwarded, and calls to the extension ring at the correct phone (because there is no forward on that extension), yet the BLF list on the 5550 IP Console shows the extension as "Call Forward - Always".

I have removed the extension from the BLF list on the console and restarted the console (and console computer) but when the extension is added to the BLF list again it appears as "Call Forward - Always". Short of deleting the extension entirely and assigning a new extension to the person (we don't want to do that) I'm at a loss on how to force the 5550 IP Console to correctly display this extension on the BLF list.

Any suggestions?
 
Is there a busy lamp created on the system in the Remote Busy Lamp form for that extension?

If, yes, delete it/them, refresh the console, then reprogram the lamps and refresh the console.

To properly refresh the console, shut down the application and restart.
