Hi Gadgets, can you see on the mail server if there is any attempts to send the vm from the Mitel? is it not blocked or flagged as spam? Does your mail server allow media to be sent and received or is it restricted?

We have an external mail server with a secure connection to our internet provider’s service. We had been successfully receiving email from the 3300 with attachments and resending them securely using the external mail server which ceased sending about three weeks ago. Not explanation?
It appears from the external mail server logs that the 3300 is failing to send out mail at all as we cannot see any trace of the email and attachments at the external mail server.
From the 3300 software logs

Rebooted the system?

I'd tell you a UDP joke but I'm afraid you won't get it. TCP jokes are the best because you always get them.

AS soon as I reach the site, I am loged in remotely and for the life of me cannot locate where in the GUI to execute a reboot?

Maintenance command - reset system

External server?

How are you authenticating?

What's most important is that you realise ... There is no spoon.

Reboot, system, teleworker and email forwarding server… All working again, the old adage when in doubt reboot still holds true?

Not necessarily, more if all else fails reboot
