Mitel 3300 and sip extension Forbidden 403

I am trying to set up a mitel 5610 sip phone on a 3300 CX controller. The phone registers fine and I am able to call other extensions but I am unable to access outside lines via ARS. I can however access the outside lines if I use DTS.

Yes, that's how I am able to make calls to the other extensions on the 3300.

Check Class of Restriction. Make sure you use a COR that allows you to make outside calls.

Also, I'm pretty sure you have already enabled Public Network Access via DPNSS in the Class Of Service, but double check.

Are your trunks TDM or SIP? In case of TDM, is your E2T set up correctly?

Do othe IP Devices able to make outside calls?

I'm using TDM trunks. COR is set correctly and Mitel IP phones are able to make calls using the same trunks. I will back check the COS Public Network Access via DPNSS setting. I think that might be the problem as I didn't change it.

It was actually individual trunk access that worked and not DTS.

I was assuming individual trunk access. I knew this would bypass ARS but did not think it overrode COS options. You can't do individual trunk access without a COS option but it seems to ignore other COS options. This is conflicting data
