Mitel 3300 and Canon L800 Fax

We have an issue with partially received faxes on a system which we recently replaced. They were working fine before the system crashed, and now it has been replaced the two L380 faxes work (as they did before) but the L800 faxes have stopped working. Swapped L380/L800 on same port and only the L380's work??

what system & software level? how are the faxes getting to the outside world (analog, PRI, etc.)? Provide details and we can be much more helpful.
