Quick question regarding caller ID.
On a freshly installed 3300, incoming caller ID gets passed to the IP sets about 90% of the time. Other times caller ID on incoming calls does not get passed to the IP sets. I have a suspicion that the analog trunks are being answered too quickly by the embedded voicemail and the modem tones from the caller ID are being dropped from the quick trunk answering.
Is there any option or timer in the class of service or system options which allows you to add a delay to the time it takes for the system to answer a trunk?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Anthony.
