Is there a way to change how caller ID is displayed when call goes through the system to an EHDU user? For example, when a call comes into the 3300 and out to a cell phone configured as an EHDU, the callers caller ID passes through to the cell. Can a * or # be inserted into the caller ID so the EHDU can differentiate between a call coming through the PBX and a call going directly to their cell? I know I can block the caller ID or set the company number to display the caller ID but I want to just modify the caller ID so the correct caller ID still goes to the cell, just with a bit of a modification. Running MCD 5.0 SP2 PR1. Any ideas appreciated. Thanks.

Just curious why would you want to do so.

I'd tell you a UDP joke but I'm afraid you won't get it. TCP jokes are the best because you always get them.
