Sorry, I am not familiar with that device, nor familiar with setting up a type of callcenter...
I have to defer to someone else more knowledgeable than me...

there's a very good mitel forum here.

You will need a lot of additional software and licenses to setup ACD queues on the Mitel 3300. You will also need a Windows server to run the additional software on. Your Assistant (YA) is the desktop software that can provide a view (and control) of ACD queues for agents and supervisors. You don't need this to setup basic ACD functions.
I believe you will need something like the Mitel 6110 CCM system as described here: Dependent on what you want to do you will need additional modules/licenses also.
