Hi All,

Any ideas how I get my VM ring group to divert to a specific ext on:

1. No answer
2. No digits pushed

1.call rerouting
2.in your voice mail administrator,you can enable and disable no digit timer to disconnect line.

I have the AA answering the incoming trunks, the caller is presented with a few options i.e. "press 1 for". After pushing a selection the call is rerouted via a transfer only mailbox to a ring group.

I would like to reroute to a specific Ext if there is no answer after a designated period of time.
 
From the Main Auto-Att, the system will automatically transfer to the extension associated with Mailbox zero if no selection is made.

I typically design my systems so that this is the only purpose for mailbox zero.
