Hi, my MITEL 3300 has 2 5550 IP Consoles with repective directory number. Curious thing is that in SMDR log consoles are identified as ATT1, ATT2 and not directory number (example below). This conflicts with my external call accounting system waiting for an extension number.
Is there a way to configure the console to send directory number instead of ATTn in the SMDR? Thank you for your kind advice.

Do not believe so.

The single biggest problem with communications is the illusion that it has taken place.

Not that I can find. The only alternative I can find is to allow the system to report the attendant name.

if you can do that, then program the number as the name.

The name is captured from the Login ID on the PC. It's not a likely scenario that the login ID would be a number.
