Mitel 3300 - 5340 phones - Call Barge delay?

Hello Everyone,

Is there a way to delay call barge (Class of service - call privacy setting) on a Mitel 3300 using 5340 phones?

With the call privacy setting disabled, people can barge on other peoples lines, which is great for conferencing and call transfers, but we had the issue of people picking up a line simultaneously.

Is there a way to delay the call barge feature so only one person can pickup an incoming call and after 4-5 seconds the call barge feature gets activated?
