I have a bit of a dilema. Our Call Centre wants to move away from MITEL native ACD to another silo platform i.e. ASPECT or AVAYA. Our IT management wants an integrated solution which means some sort of MiTAI CTI integration. I understand that Genesys and Apropos have integrated into the 3300. Does anyone have experiences with this or can anyone lead me to additional vendors to research?
