Hey folks...

I have a customer that has a Nortel CICS with call pilot and they have 5 lines..... 4 of the 5 lines ring on phones before auto att picks up... line 5 hit auto att instantly. can you do this on a Mitel 3000? I can't seem to separate the lines from ringing on phones and have some answer att instantly

Create a seperate class of service for the 5th line, reducing the call forwarding timer. This may work, but it's dependant on how you have things set up at the minute, for example is it a hunt group, ring group etc.
It'll be a case of trial and error.

 
No that didn't work. We are not gonna worry about this right now.

Another question I have... I thought if I put the main phone in nights manully it would send calls directly to auto att right away , but I guess it doesn't.

Any ideas on this?
