We have several Mitel 3000 phone systems that are experiencing the same problems. The biggest issue is the phones (Mitel 4120 and 4110's) are constantly either freezing up, or the displays will become garbled, then lock up. If the phones are unplugged and plugged back in they come back up, but this is becoming a HUGE inconvenience. We've followed several procedures to make sure ESD issues aren't causing this, and have also gone as far as swapping ports, but the problem usually follows.

Anyone have any other suggestions?
