I work for a Small installation company who have begun to sell and install Mitel 3000 units. Although we can answer incoming calls with an existing analog wireless phone handset we are unable to dial out.

If you are just starting out, then use the config Wizard. it works a dream and does all of the ball aching stuff for you. you can download it from Mitel... It will install your PRI or BRI modules, set up COS and Feature Codes Voicemail etc etc . You will have to configure the ARS to dial out though, you can get away with only one entry "9" no of digits unknown and point it at your outgoing route.
