Mitel 3000

We are considering taking on the Mitel 3000 to add to our product line-up of Samsung, NEC DSX and XBlue. From what I have learned, this product is the same as the Inter-Tel 3000. Does anyone have some pros and cons about this Mitel platform?? Two techs are attending a certification class on 10/30/08 in Winter Park, FL.
My questions are:
Is it easy to install and maintain?
What is the reliabilty?
How good is the Tech Support?
What are customer's reactions to the 3000 platforms?
