Not a Mitel guy (Nortel/Avaya), but have perused the manuals I downloaded. Figured most stuff out, but customer has a set (reception) that gets "phantom" voicemail notifications, no message in their mailbox, but lamp is lit (4110 phone). Restarted set once and cleared it, but it's come back. Suggestions? Customer has restarted the phone numerous times. Restart system? I haven't found much in docs for VM module, did I miss something?
