Mitel 3000 Paging trouble

Help.... I am installing a Mitel 3000 to replace a Nortel Key System. Everything has gone great so far except the paging. When I hook up My Pa speakers I cannot page them. I have followed instructions again and again and it will not work. My page sets works fine, but not sure what I am missing on PA. I am using extension 21 for PA. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Don't know if its the same as the 3300 but paging external is a different function to paging internal.
