Mitel 3000 Network Fault

Our company recently switched our phone service and now our main line isn't working (calls just jump over to our 2nd line). When we try to go on that line, it there is no dail tone then "Network Fault" appears on the phone with several beeps. I called our phone service provider and they said it is a problem with the system and not the service but I can not figure it out. Are there any ideas? This is hurting our business and I can't seem to get an answer about how to fix it. Thanks!!!
 
What kind of line are you referring to?
If the not working line and the working line are identical change them to see if 3300 or provider is the problem.
