mitel 3000 software vision6.1 with one expansion module. the main bay exts initialized but no audio.You can call extention on main ring they will ring but no ring back tone will be heard. extention sets on expansion module not initializing.

have you tried rebooting the system?
from what you are experiencing you may have a faulty analog module

I assume you have a CX or a CXi controller or maybe a MX??

use command RESET SYSTEM from the maint commands

I believe bst3ch is talking about a 3000 not a 3300.

These are a four wire system from what I understand with VoIP.
bst3ch are you running VoIP handsets or TDM??

I had to read it twice as well. Most of the forum is about the 3300, which is why it is such a great forum.

I believe the 3000 is a four wire system, it has a data/power pair and a speech pair. All I can offer you in advice is to make sure the speech pair is ok, the phone will dial and function but will have no speech with the data pair.

I can only comment based on another four wire system not the 3000.
