I have a MAS 6000 server configured as Server-gateway and set up a Mitel Teleworker 5220 IP phone. I can place and receive calls but have no audio - either way. I have played with port forwarding per the Engineering Guidelines on the server as well as my router (to the extent of my understanding). Am I missing something here in my server configuration, or is it likely on my Netgear "genie" router?
Any ideas are much appreciated.

Is the TW setup on the same network as the phones? (preferable)

If so, set the TW as the gateway for the phones

If not, you need to work on your IP routing.

thanks for your reply.
Yes they are on the same network. I just changed the gateway in ICP to match the IP of the TW server. Still no sound.

The phones are able to call each other though I take it?

The GW for the phone needs to be set as well

Also, confirm server and gateway (2 nics)
