missing video on wmv stream

K here we go.
I am using the following piece of code to stream a promotional video.

Everything work great for me when I try to view it from the web site. But I keep getting feed back from people who say they get the sound but not the video. I am at the point of frustation because I cannot fix what I cannot recreate.

Any Help would be great.

They probably have an older player. I did the same thing last week and I could see it on my computer but when I went to a friends, I could just here sound. So we downloaded media player version 9 and then he could also see it.
