Missing Toolbar Icons in Illustrator 10 in Win XP

I have installed Illustrator complete install, and when I open the program there is missing icons in the toolbar missing rectangle tool transform tool and some more, and also some palletes are missing, I have know idea how to fix it any one can help me please!

Hello.

I know this is a old forum, but i thought to add my message since i've got a exactly same problem.

I have also visited the address JAQUAN have mentioned above, but i could not find any patches. maybe because it has been a while since the message was posted?

if anyone can let me know where i can get that patch, or any other solution, it would be great!

i have posted a new question too(silly me, i didn't check this beforehead). so you are welcome to use that forum as well.
