I have a report that uses queries and sub reports to provide information on contributions made by church members. The user inputs a date range and the report shows the contributions by member made during that period, as well as calculates contribution vs pledged amount. The report works and displays in print preview mode correctly, however, the tool bar at the top of the screen which would normally show the Print icon and other buttons is blank. If I run the mouse cursor over the area, the buttons will sometimes reappear one by one. Has anyone ever seen anything like this?

The only time I have ever experienced a problem of this sort was when I had too many things running on my PC at once. I simply had more memory added to my PC and it seemed to solve the problem.

I hope this helps

Thanks for the thought, but I'm having the same problem on two different machines (same database). Both machines have 640K of RAM and plenty of hard disk space, so I don't think that's the problem. Also, there are no other major applications running at the time the problem occurs. I guess I'll keep looking.
