Missing setup file?

When i try & update our NT server for critical updates etc at

http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com

the files download ok then when they try to install i get the error;

SETUP ERROR
Windows could not find the setup.log file in your repair directory

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

This behavior can occur if either of the following conditions exists:

The Setup.log file is damaged or missing. The Setup.log file is located in the drive:\windows\repair folder, where drive is the drive letter on which the Windows folder is located, and windows is the name of the folder in which Windows is installed. The folder in which Windows is installed has been renamed.

Thanks allenEd, that seems to have done the trick but im just waiting for some time to reboot it & see if it has worked normally.
