MIssing sash in header

Is it possible to install sash in the volume header of a new drive using just the command prompt from PROM?

As far as I remember it is possible with dvhtool.
techpubs.sgi.com is a good place for more help.

You can follow the following procedure.

Load miniroot using the Installation overlays CD.

Go Admin->Shell

dvhtool /dev/rdsk/dks0d4vh (the RAW device name of the CD)

vd

g sash sash

quit
quit

dvhtool /dev/rdsk/dks0d1vh (the new disk raw device name)

vd

a sash sash

quit

write

quit

reboot the system.

Having never done this procedure before, I take it that loading miniroot from the overlays is a straightforward process?
Does one follow the same process as for installing a system or do you enter a particular command from the prom?

Loading the miniroot is very simple.
Select 2 from the 5-menu option.

Thanks for you help - nearly there I think.
At the moment this is what is happening:

I'm using 6.5.16
I load Overlay 1 and get to the Main Menu
Go: Admin
Go: Shell

Enter:
dvhtool/dev/rdsk/dks0d4vh
And then I get:
UX:csh: SV=0: dvhtool/dev/rdsk/dks0d4vh - Command not found

Am I missing something somewhere?
Not quite sure hat this means.

OK. So I realised no spave after dvhtools stopped the command from running - :-(

On:
g sash sash

I get the following:
sash not found in volume header

I take it that dvhtools is trying to load VH from the cd?
