Hey all

I have one user in a terminal service environment who does not get prompted for reminders. Using MS Outlook 2003.

He says he never turned off any options, and none of the other users have this problem...

Although I'm sure it's pretty simple .. I can't seem to find it..

Anyone know where the functionality to turn reminders on and off are?

Thanks In advance !:D

hmm, no luck on this one yet. Any thoughts?

In Outlook 2002 you find it by going to:

Tools on menu bar-> options-> other tab-> advanced options button-> reminder options

Shmoes,
You might try starting Outlook with the cleanreminders startup switch which will clear and regenerate reminders for this person.
Close Outlook, go to Start, Run, and in the dialog box type: outlook.exe /cleanreminders and hit OK.
Hope this helps.

If that cleanreminders doesn't work then you can try /cleanfreebusy. We had this same problem with about 20 or so users and between /cleanreminders and /cleanfreebusy we got eeryone back up. Also they work for at least OL 2000 and up.
