missing reference for msoutl.olb even though the file exists

Hi All,

I have one user that has a missing reference for msoutl.olb or more commonly know as Microsoft Outlook Object Library.

We are using the 11/2003 verion using OFFICE11 directory

Naturally i have checked the below directory for the following which does exist.
C:\program files\microsoft office\office11\msoutl.olb

i have repointed the reference towards the file and it still says missing reference.

If anyone has seen this or has some suggestions please feel free to aid in anyway possible.

I have just had this.
What I did was to untick th missing box, shut access down, reopen it and go Tools, references, find the reference again, tick it, restart access and all is ok
How long it will last ???
