I have input approximately 1500 records into my database. Today I go into it and I can only find about 100 records. Does anyone have a clue as to where they might be? There is no update queries or anything fancy set up. Simple tables, queries and reports. Please help. The boss is going to have my head.

Without taking a look at your application, it would be hard to say what happened.

If there are any users with enough knowledge to be dangerous, they could have deleted the files inadvertantly.

Was the database corrupted in any way, and you repaired and compacted it? This could remove records.

I know this might be a painful question, did you have a backup? I might know the answer to this one already :(

If your database is on a network, talk to your IT support people. They may have a backup.
