Missing phone line 1

Good Morning,
I need some help, We have an Avaya Partner 18D and someone was trying to program their phone and somehow "deleted" our line 6 phone line no dial tone at all on line 6 . not sure how this happened or what they did but there is no dial tone on line on all of our phones in the office.

Can someone help me get the dial tone back on the line? WE have 8 lines on this phone.

Also, strange enough it was not done on a phone line that is a system admin phone line either.

I kinda answered in the other forum. And sizbut is correct you need to do it from extension 10 or 11.
