missing of bar_version table 1

Hello,
After I have installed the Legato networker (client) and Legato Networker Module for Informix. I cannot find the bar_version table. pls advice. thanks

Hi,

If you're running IDS 7.3x the bar_versions table is not held in the sysutils database anymore it is a flat file located at $INFORMIXDIR/etc/sm_versions.

You may wish to have a look at the Informix online documentation that can be found at

http://www.informix.com

- in particular you should have a read of the Backup and Restore Guide for IDS.

Hi Again,

With my last post I made an assumption that you are running IDS on some flavour of UNIX - if you are running IDS on NT you should check the documentation for the correct location of sm_versions file in case it's a little different in NT.
