Missing Nodes in CMC all of a sudden.

When I go to CMC I seem to be missing several nodes. Citrix XPe FR2.

All I have is:
Applications
Citrix Administrators
License
Printer Management
Resource Manager
Servers

When I go into properties for Cittrix administrators it says I have Full Administration but I can't edit the check boxes, they are greyed out. It this way for every citrix administrator.

I'm missnig load manager, user policies etc. Also, when I highlight Printer Management and do Actions, my Properties is Greyed out.

I use to have these and not sure what happened to change this.

Any suggestions?

Right click on your server in CMC, and check if product code is still for XPe (0E00-06C0), and that FR2 is selected in the FR level option.

Ok,

My product code is 0D00-06A7

However, I'm not sure why it changed. Where do I lookup what code this is?

If I cange this product code will it have any effect on the Citrix Service? Can I do it Mid day while users are loged into it?

I only know the retail codes:

XPs 0100-0F4A
XPa 0A00-0C32
XPe 0E00-06C0

perhaps yours is an enterprise, an NFR, or 90 day's code.

XPe retail: 0d00-06a7 is my product code.
I do have FR2 selected as well.

Are there any other possibilities?

Could this be a problem with a corrupt Data Store or moving the data store from local to SQL server? We did that a few months ago?

I have the same problem and it happened after migrating the data store to sql. did you ever find a solution?
