Missing msoe.dll in Outlook Express

Hi There
I am running a P3 and 98SE and loaded the free microsoft games onto my system (free cell and mindsweep). After doing this I could not open outlook express " missing msoe.dll file".

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

i'm not sure what happend but if you update internet explorer you will update outlook express at the same time and the problem will be solved.
